Katana Athletics is based on principles from the martial art of Aikido. This kind of (internal and external) training enables direct refinement of athletic ability, mind set and accurate execution of skills.
The Meaning Of KATANA
The Katana is a razor sharp curved sword known for their design, reliability and utility. Each blade is meticulously handmade and unique - no two are the same. Different types of raw metals are blended together to accomplish specific goals: Softer steel allows flexibility and is able to be continually sharpened.
Stronger steel prevents breakage and provides long lasting durability.
During construction, hours upon hours are spent folding, heating and shaping the unfinished metal.
When completed the final product is a polished, refined masterpiece.
