Bill Witthar has studied, trained & been involved with elite level martial arts, fitness, athletics & sports psychology for over 30 years. He’s conducted corporate leadership trainings, provided company wellness consultations, taught workplace resilience strategies & has shared solutions for 1st responders, veterans & law enforcement dealing with PTSD. Bill has coached competitive & recreational athletes of all ages & ability levels and is a certified instructor in the United States Aikido Federation. He currently holds the rank of 5th degree black belt in the non-aggressive martial art of Aikido.


The word Shodan means "first degree black belt" and it symbolizes a beginning. The start of an intentional commitment to ongoing improvement and refinement.
